Our organization is new to the annual automatic renewal option and our first annual renewal happened this month. However, it did not generate a notice of transaction that normally occurs when a member renews manually online with no annual frequency. I found the automatic transaction by accident when I was running an unrelated report. We really need that notice emailed to us just like all the other renewals and new member transactions. It is a credit card transaction and should have some sort of notice or receipt. I also depend on those emailed notices (to our organization's email address) so I can forward them back to the donor because Blackbaud Merchant Services does not send them a receipt.
