Embed Word (or similar) in Letter Template section to improve ability to format and edit templates

The etapestry Communications editing functionality is very limited. For example, it is not possible to edit the line spacing, you cannot see rulers and, as far as I could tell, there was no way to indent a block of text from the right (only the left) and you could only indent by one full tab.

It is undoubtedly an enormous, and probably unrealistic, task for eTapestry's template editing page to have as many options and functions as Microsoft Word, but if there was any way to embed Word (or Google Docs or similar word processor) then editing would be much easier.

This could also bring other benefits to the user, such as potentially giving them the option to copy and paste existing templates from their system onto their eTapestry. If that were possible for us, I think we would create the majority of our donor correspondence (both letters and emails) through eTapestry.  With the current functionality we do not use eTapestry to create any letters at all as it is too onerous and time-consuming.

It would be useful to be able to space paragraphs like on Word e.g. have 0.5 or 1.5 line spacing

For more info: There is a highly upvoted similar comment from 2016, which received this reply from etapestry:

"At this time, we use a third party editor for our edit/creation of thank you letters.  We are investigating switching this third party editor out in the future for one that will give us more flexibility.  I have no time frame on this at the current time."
