BBMS-Donors add amount to pay for fees related to the processing of their donations!

Recently a donor wanted to add an additional amount to pay their processing fee. This could assist our organizations in saving money and making sure that 100% of the donors money is able to be utilized. Network For Good has this option in their system. I would suggest that the donation form could automatically asked a donor if they would like to add an additional amount to cover the processing fees. This would be a benefit to everyone!!!!!
When I calculate 2.57% of the individuals donation and they added this amount, it was a minimal amount and we got 100% of the intended donation. Helping smaller organizations is key to eTapestry.
Blackbaud would still be paid their transaction fees and organizations would benefit more!

I agree 100%! Last year this function provided us 25% coverage for the fees.
Absolutely!! Thank you for doing this. Several other organizations have this option and our donors would definitely appreciate knowing that they can cover this cost for us!
