We badly want the confirmation email the we (our org) receive to contain the same details, including all the user-defined values, that the end user receives. As of right now, the confirmation email we receive is unable to show values the user entered into the user-defined fields yet the confirmation email the user receives shows all the details, including all the values they entered into the form. Due to the nature of our org, being able to see the user-defined values on our confirmation email, helps us immediately prioritize who we need to get back to right away, especially people who are desperate and are reaching out to us for urgent support/help.
