Sender of an Email

When we send an email from 'communications' on eTapestry, the email comes up as any words before the @ of the email address, so it looks like the email is coming from "info" or "lgjohn" rather than from our organization. It looks unprofessional and I am told there is no way to change it.

    Hi Mike, 

    Is there a way to do this for single emails? (Rather than just Mass Emails)

    I can't find the options where I choose regarding the reply emails.

    When you send an email from Communications in eTapestry, you choose what you want the email to "come from".  On step 2, it ask you; "To whom should reply emails be sent?"  You have three choices.  1) Your user name and email(as is found under My User), 2) Your organization name and email (as found under My organization or 3) Someone Else, which allows you to type in any email you want.
