eTapestry does not advise you if an email sent to a supporter is not delivered. The type of emails that we are referring to include notification of credit card expiry dates coming up or insufficient funds. If the supporter does not reply, you can not tell if they are just not responding to you or that they never got the email in the first place. A program like Outlook will send an automatic reply if delivery does not occur. You can then try phoning or writing a letter to make contact if they have changed email addresses.
