Allow gift to be changed to a pledge payment instead of having to delete it and reenter it as pledge payment instead.

It requires too much time to change the type of donation but having to write down all the items on a gift so you can then delete the gift and take the information you wrote down and reenter those details to make it a pledge payment instead of a gift.
