The new Mass Interactions "feature" makes work MUCH more cumbersome open to error Merged

Please make it possible for users to combine what eTap now decides should go into Mass Interactions back into Journal Contacts. The aim to weed out certain types of contacts is not helpful and there are Journal Contacts appearing in Mass Interactions that are decidedly not Mass Interactions! So now users have to go to two places to see Contacts.

    I do not like the mass interactions category. I liked it much better when everything was in the journal. The mass interactions have no benefit and several drawbacks. I wish they would get rid of it.
