Recently I came across an issue where donor's voided contribution on everydayhero was automatically transferred into eTap during nightly downloads as an actual gift. Apparently the donor voided the gift right after it was made, but even though the gift was voided, the record of the was already created. So, on the fundraising side we were counting a gift, but the finance side never received that payment. We were able to figure out the problem by doing much digging during our monthly reconciliations, but it would be fantastic if there was a report or an email warning that a gift has been voided, so we are not counting on false records in eTapestry.
