Right now, frequency merge field only works on auto confirmation emails for pledges. Anytime a donor gives one-time or sets up a recurring gift schedule, the Frequency merge field is blank. The donor has no documentation that the gift is one-time or monthly. eTap has said that since the schedule is not yet created when the transaction is processed, the email isn't able to pull that data; therefore, after the donor receives the auto email with the amount details we must go into the Recurring Gift Schedule afterward and click Save and Create Document and manually send them an email if we want them to know it is a recurring gift.

This seems like a function that should be simple and automated, yet is not.
