Make copying and pasting easy regardless of HTML code

I recently had a problem sending a newsletter (one of your templates) because I had copied and pasted text from our website--apparently the HTML code from the website was interfering with the eTap template. I was told to copy it into Notepad and then copy and paste it AGAIN into eTap. Seriously?! Please fix this! No one wants to do multiple copy and pastes or type in all text, all the time. In this day and age, everyone is used to copying and pasting to save time.

Please fix this, such a horrible bug. A SIMPLE JS script code could unformat any pasted text, HOURS of work down the drain because of this development oversight.

    ETAP SUCKS!

Agreed, but I have been doing this for YEARS in eTap, and yes, it's really annoying. But now, I tried one of your drag and drop templates, which I LOVE, but according to the chat guy, this doesn't work with drag and drop and caused divider lines to double in my email even though I went through the painstaking process of copying text to notepad, saving, closing, reopening, and pasting to eTap. Maybe time to switch to a new email platform?
