allowed more options on Do-It-Yourself form giving fields

It would be nice to be able to choose more giving levels on the DIY forms. Right now, you are allowed five giving amounts plus an "other" spot. It would also be nice to be able to choose which giving level you would like to be the default on the form (it currently defaults to whichever one is first on the list). I'd also like to be able to choose the default for recurring gift options.

      I think 5 levels of giving is extremely limited and not sufficient for online giving.

      It's now 2016, I just posted a similar request today and having spoken to several others who also use etapestry, it appears there are many of us who are wishing the same. Are there any plans to update in the near future?

      This seems a bit backwards. We currently have more options on our hosted form than the DIY form allows. Please consider making this improvement.
