Blackbaud/BBMS have been promising the introduction of a Direct Debit facility for eTapestry in the UK for ages.  When, oh when will this be happening?!?  It is getting to the point where having to rely on often defaulting credit cards for regular gifts is untenable, and we are considering changing donor databases to one of the many competitors who have fully integrated Direct Debit facilities.  It seems ridiculous that this isn't part of the eTap package - when is Direct Debit FINALLY going to come to eTap?
